McClerkin Family

The hot summer sun shone brightly this Sunday morning, greeting the McClerkin family for their long awaited photoshoot! Teri first reached out to me last summer and we finally got a date in the books after many hurdles of a sick son, husband working abroad for a few months, and the addition of a new daughter, Eden. We love the South Loop and were so excited to photograph the McClerkin’s at the Chicago Women’s Park & Gardens.

The flowers had their petals stretched up to the sky in full bloom, and little Aton & Eden had their bright smiles (or sleeping snuggles) ready to go.

Aton is almost 3, wants to be a doctor (impressive for a 2 year old!!), and currently learning Spanish in school! He smiled at the camera whenever we said “mariposa” because he loves butterflies.

I think he loves being a big brother too. :’)

Cheers to the McClerkin family! They will be spending a few months in Israel while Teri is on maternity leave; so excited for their adventure this fall!
