Zack & Lauren were some of our closest friends in Chicago, until they made an exciting move to Colorado last year. I captured their engagement back at Indiana University as friends from college, and Steven interned with Zack at J.P. Morgan one summer in Chicago as roommates! Since college, we’ve experienced our fair share of ups & downs and had the special opportunity of watching our families add little ones over the years.

If you ever meet Zack & Lauren, you’d want to be friends with them too. They’re extremely kind, caring, funny, honest, will never let you down, and are a fellow cat-loving pair. Simply put, they’re two of the very best people we know. We were ecstatic to capture their extended family photos at Flat Fork Creek Park in Hamilton County as we got to meet baby Nora for the first time! She’s 11 months old, and we can’t believe she’s almost one years old!

Lauren’s family joined us for the session, which was so fun! They have 5 children in the family, and Nora has a sweet 3 month old cousin named Emma. So adorable.

We were absolutely delighted to reunite with our friends. Till next time! <3
